Our vintage wedding cars have witnessed countless “I do’s” across the city, from intimate Swan Valley ceremonies to grand receptions overlooking the river. 1. Booking & Availability

Q1. How do I check if a car is available for my wedding date, and how far in advance should I book?

It’s a good idea to check availability as early as possible. Many of our vintage cars are in high demand and can be booked up to 18 months ahead of popular dates. Once you’ve chosen the style and size you’d like, we recommend securing your booking to avoid disappointment.

Q2. Can we view the car before booking?

Silverlady always recommends viewing our vintage vehicles before booking. It’s only we love to show-off our cars, but sometimes you can get a preconceived impression. These old cars have smaller interiors than modern cars. Our vintage Jaguars are very photogenic. However, if you are travelling long distances at passenger capacity you may need to consider a different vehicle.

Q3. How does the booking process, payment schedule and what is your cancellation policy at perth wedding car hire ?

To secure a booking we require a $250.00 or ($200.00 for multiple cars) along with a completed booking form. Don`t if all details are unknown when completing. The balance then falls due 4 weeks before wedding day. We can offer payment plans at no additional cost. Should you need to cancel due to health or personel reasons, then a full refund of booking fee will be made. If however, you change your mind and wish to cancel within 4 weeks of the wedding day, then only if we secure an equal value booking will the amount paid be refunded. The more time you give us, the better.

2. Vehicle Features & Presentation

Q4. Is the car equipped with air conditioning?

All our vintage cars have refrigerated air conditioning installed.

Q5. What extras are included in the perth wedding car hire?

Unless otherwise specified, all our wedding cars are dressed with a fresh white bonnet ribbon. We do have other colours to suit different themes, but white is traditional. We can also offer a ‘Just married’ post wedding ceremony if you wish at no extra charge.

3. Chauffeur Services

Q6. Will the car come with a professionally uniformed driver or casually dressed?

Silverlady professionally attired chauffeurs adhere to the recommendations as laid out by Rolls Royce chauffeur attire. Our lady chauffeurs will be dressed in grey, whilst the males, grey suit, white shirt and black shoes.

Q7. Can we choose between male and lady drivers?

Yes you can choose between amle or female chauffeur.

Q8. When does the hire time start, and can we make multiple journeys?

The hire time starts from the first pick-up and ends from the last drop-off. If the geography allows, sometimes we can pick the groom up first then loop back for the bride. We can offer a late night Get-Away but this is generally charged at a separate rate, unless otherwise pre-arranged.

4. Service Area & Logistics

Q9. Is there a minimum hire, and what happens if we`re running behind?

During high season Silverlady only accepts 1 wedding per day per car, so you can rest assured, that we will not leaving you standing. However, with that means we do have a minimum hire or 3 consecutive hours, Unlike some operators who take on consecutive bookings with no allowance for run-over. You could even find the seat still warm from the last bride who got out! Additionally, all our cars are prepared on the for the car, so you can rest assured that it’s your special car.

Q10. What areas do you cover & is additional travel fees for regional suburbs?

Generally, most hires are within our standard metro area. However, beyond Rockingham will incur a surcharge, but this charged will be disclosed at the time of quoting and no additional charges will be added unless the destinations/times change.

Q11. Do you backup plans in case of vehicle breakdowns or accidents?

In 12 years operating we have required to enact our back-up plan on two occasions due to unforeseen mechanical issues. As members of the Wedding car & Limousine we are able to network with many other operators and was fortunate enough to enlist a nearby member to assist.
